As an Account Executive I have a wide range of tasks including: Building successful partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of customers’ organizations to cultivate relationships and generate revenue opportunities across all products and service lines. Finding sales leads and reaching new opportunity is my daily task. Therefore, I developed a deep insights in Express Delivery Service. Presenting solutions to customers to gain approval of proposals and move forward the sales process. Another important task is to sell technology solutions to customers to secure their business, provide added values to proposals and satisfy business needs. I also work accurately on the book of business to grow and execute against the business.
E-COMMERCE PROJECTS: • Lead Dropship Project revenue reached 1.8 million USD in 2022. • Lead Cross Border Dropship Project from US to Canada. • Private Labels: Import Ceramics from Vietnam to US OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION: • Build up suppliers’ network in multiple channels: LinkedIn, Cold-Call, Email, Paid Platform and Online Trade Shows. • Logistics Management: • Process International Purchase Orders from Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Italy … to US. • Set up local and international logistics services in a timely manner. • Warehouses management: • Maintain good level of inventory. • Manage Inbound Inventory and Goods in Transit. • Claim for reimbursement for shortage or damage. • Customer Service: • Orders Issues, A-to-Z Claims and Chargeback Claims. ACCOUNTING: • Experience Xero accounting software. • Sales tax (GST/HST) in Canada and USA. • Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statements). • Work with CPA to prepare external financial records for IRS.
