    I founded CCG Holding in 2005, as a perishable forwarder worldwide. We opened offices in Germany, England, Holland, South Africa, Ecuador and Colombia in the first 12 months. We then acquired 100% of Rungis Express AG a year later. In 2016, we had accomplished a network of approximately 650 employees and a turnover of +/- 150 Million Euro. Our offices were in Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, South Africa and a business (Fideco) in Switzerland. In 2016, we sold all operational businesses of CCG Holding to the Metro Group. CCG Holding AG was, among other things, the parent company of the following operating companies. Trading: - Rungis Express AG - Fideco AG (Switzerland) - Petit RUNGIS express GmbH - Cc delivery Germany GmbH Cool Chain Logistic: - CCG DE - Germany - CCG Logistics B.V. - Netherlands - CCG CPT SA - South Africa - CCG - Poland Christian Helms was responsible for the strategy and budget of the holding company and the operative companies. Among other things, he was CEO of Rungis Express AG, President of Fideco AG and Chairman of the Advisory Board of CCG DE GmbH. In March 2016 he sold CCG Holding AG including its subsidiaries to Metro Group.
