I have a track record in developing and executing strategic business plans, re-adapting operating models in fast changing environments, organisational efficiency, intercultural management and business integration.
• Member of the local Management Board with responsibilities over Finance and Operations, Strategic Projects, Risk Management and Internal Control. • Restructured the company’s operating model based on three pillars - Corporate Services, Private Clients and Fund Services and aligned underlying business procedures with the Intertrust Group Target Operating Model. • Lead role in the integration of two businesses acquired by Intertrust in 2012 and 2013, from managing changes in operations, to staff and resources related matters. • Successful implementation of a business contingency strategy. • Successful implementation of a document management system to drive the company’s paperless office strategy. • Streamlining the company’s organization chart by significantly reducing the number of legal and operating entities.
