Role Summary: Serve as the technical lead for all early-stage and pre-bid offshore wind projects international, reporting directly to the Project Director. Provide day-to-day leadership of the Engineering Management project team, including four direct team members and more than ten subject matter experts. Optimising data driven decision making, leading to 50% resource reduction Internal optimisation of risk and peer review procedures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical project team across offshore wind projects, overseeing all technical functions and deliverables. Act as the primary technical point of contact, driving discussions and evaluating associated commercial impacts. Plan and allocate resources effectively across the engineering disciplines. Define, optimize, and integrate project design solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, schedule, and budget. Approve critical project design elements and concepts through formal technical sign-offs. Collaborate closely with package management, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure the design supports all lifecycle phases of the project.
