- Key role in establishing Wüstenrot Bank - We launched the bank along with the Wüstenrot App and Wüstenrot Website, creating a comprehensive financial services platform for insurance, building society and bank. Starting with responsibility for the IT stream, I subsequently assumed overall project leadership.
- Leadership of 35+ IT development professionals in the area of Direct Lending, 3rd Party Financing and Mortgage products - Collaboration with cross-functional distributed teams and product operating groups to deliver the digital backbone - On-boarding of new partners for new point-of-sale cooperation's - Maintenance and support while the whole product life-cycle within the lending journey
