About

I’m working at Cybex, focused on the mobilization and successful delivery of programs. I’m leading the Delivery Portfolio Management and has been actively involved and working on projects in multiple industries as Program Manager with a strong focus on agile project methodology. During my last projects I have proven my comprehensive experiences in program management - leading project teams as responsible Delivery Lead as well as being subject matter expert for all topics related to delivery excellence, mobilization, strategic portfolio management, agile delivery methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
I’m holding a diploma degree in Business Administration and Engineering with focus on IT project management with the diploma thesis "Efficient Energy Management, Conception and Implementation“.
