I’m working at Cybex, focused on the mobilization and successful delivery of programs. I’m leading the Delivery Portfolio Management and has been actively involved and working on projects in multiple industries as Program Manager with a strong focus on agile project methodology. During my last projects I have proven my comprehensive experiences in program management - leading project teams as responsible Delivery Lead as well as being subject matter expert for all topics related to delivery excellence, mobilization, strategic portfolio management, agile delivery methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). "Efficient Energy Management – Conception and Implementation at British American Tobacco Germany." Energy management in the industry enfolds an extensive assignment which includes, next to energy-industrial questions of supply, a user-specific cost allocation, energy controlling and last but not least the exhaustion of energy potentials. The goal was creating an overall conception for the introduction of an efficient energy management of all affected processing- and manufacturing facilities at B.A.T. based on existing facilities and data. The challenge at this was to make hierarchical grown maintenance structures transparent and to operate or extend new technologies of measurement and remote meter readout.
