Deal leader for acquisitions covering residential (incl. micro-apartments / student-living), retail, office and corporate transactions (incl. forward deal development) in DE, AT, ES and GB financed by mezzanine or equity through strategic partnership, club deal or fund structures. In 2017 closed transactions amount to c€190 MM. Deal lead with direct reporting to the CIO encompasses: Negotiation of agreements (e.g., SPA, APA, JVA, LA) with counterparties’ management, key contact for counterparties and co-investors as well as heading internal acquisition process, which included management of strategic, analytical, financial, legal, tax, structuring, technical, equity raising and debt matters, leading advisors and operators and preparation of all documents (e.g., CL, IM, JVCIA, Prospectus, AMA, W&I). Role also includes validating and pitching for opportunities, relationship management, product and people development, building up a new office in a foreign country and new strategic partnerships as well as product sales.
