Part of team of 3 , which is responsible for upholding and controlling the Health and Safety regulations and its administration for the T-Mobile NL network. MonetRie database administration and safety equipment certification checking are a major part in this.
Operations and Maintenance Centre Single Radio Access Network engineer for T-Mobile Netherlands Managed Services project. Supervision of SWAP ( T-Mobile Netherlands SRAN Rollout project) areas in live T-Mobile NL RAN network and all related NT services and applications, in accordance with the agreed service levels. First line support to take corrective actions (faullt analysys/troubleshooting) to isolate and neutralize incidents and advise and escalate to next technical level support. Dispatch and control SWAP Field support Engineers or other ( Subcontractor) Field technicians.
Second Line Maintenance, Field Operations remote support engineer for T-Mobile Netherlands Managed Services project. Second line remote support for Huawei GNOC (Global Network Operations Centre in Boekarest, Romania) controllers. Mainly for legacy Nokia-Siemens equipment ( 2G/3G RAN) and NEC, Alcatel (SDH) and Ericsson (Mini-Link Traffic Node) transmission equipment. Part of the Knowledge Transfer Project to instruct, teach and coach GNOC personnel in Boekarest, Romania (total of 3 weeks on location) on legacy equipment, and after operational Transfer, function as 3rd line support.

Central Integration/Telecom Implementation engineer. Implementing new network element for T-Mobile Netherlands live RAN network (2G/3G) including all transmission equipent from Nokia, Alcatel, NEC and Ericsson. Also testing and troubleshooting. Expanding and modifying existing elements in live T-Mobile network. Remote support and supervision of integration/building activities by T-Mobile subcontractor field engineers from various companies.
SMC Senior Controller Final technical responsibility and monitoring T-Mobile Netherlands live RAN network in 24/7 shifts. Higher level incident management reporting to T-Mobile Netherlands Technical Director and to T-Mobile headquarters (MSMC) in Bonn, Germany. Senior member of team consisting of 2, up to 5 SMC Controllers, and to educate and instruct them.
