He is the founder of Vegan Business, a hub that has already mobilized over R$ 15 million in investments for startups in the plant-based ecosystem. Currently, Crica leads Sunrize, a leading plant-based protein brand in Brazil, and spearheads the national expansion of Sunrize Shakehouse, a fast-growing protein shake franchise in the country. As an angel investor, he supports emerging consumer and technology brands and has celebrated two exits: Reshape, acquired by Hotmart in 2024, and Hilfr, acquired in 2022. Beyond his business ventures, Crica is a speaker and has spoken at prominent events such as Harvard University’s Food 4 Thought, TEDx, HackTown, and BossaSummit. In 2024, he was recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice Brazil.
