    Responsible for providing first and second-tier user local support. Responsible for managing site workstations, WAH devices, and User Access compliance. Serves as primary contact for Global Service Desk personnel and is expected to resolve most information technology-related end-user workstation issues from P4 to P1. Responsible for providing support on technical bridges to urgent Incidents. Responsible to attend On-call support whether onsite or remote sessions. Responsible to act as the primary contact for new clients/campaigns throughout the project.     Responsible for multifunctional roles as part of an IT Service provider or IT MSP depending on needed support from affiliated clients. Started as a Technical Support Engineer and was later on promoted as Project Engineer after a year with the roles below. Field Support Engineer acts as a secondary level of support who aids onsite clients for Metro Manila and Calabarzon. Terms of Hardware/Software TS/Repair and backup role for Network Engineers' Preventive Maintenance are scheduled by our Service Desk through the Auto Task ticketing tool. Manpower (Team Lead) acts as a primary contact for the business and client mostly for sets of short-term contracted projects with estimated time/date to deliver e.g - Workstation Setup, IT equipment & site movement, Cloning/Imaging of operating systems, Testing and Configuration of tools/equipment, etc. Onsite/In-house Engineer acts as a primary contact for both client and business which holds a long-term contract with different IT job roles depending on what is needed, also a secondary contact or reliever to other Onsite Engineers in different clients in a matter of situation requested. In a span of 3 years of hard work, dedication, and guidance from my supervisors and mentors, I managed to finish and successfully endorsed to my replacement most of the well-known projects/contracts below that I've been assigned.
