- Responsible for the implementation of the new, global target operating model focused on the portfolio management and execution capabilities - Delivered the new, 24/7, global execution desk connecting Switzerland to a follow-the-sun model with additional execution capabilities in New York and Hong Kong (legal agreements, SLAs, registration with regulator, regulatory compliance, new Execution Management Systems, new Transaction Cost Analysis platform, new multi-channel FIX hub, client communication) -Delivered an electronic platform for the novation of FX Options with the objective to reduce operational risk, manual intervention and as a consequence be able to better manage gross leverage (selection of 3rd party solution, negotiation, technical implementation)
