I lead Freudenberg’s global Compensation & Benefits community to ensure fair, consistent and competitive pay practices across all Business Groups. The focus lies on shared learning, Group‑wide guidance and professional C&B standards that support performance, recognition and long‑term talent attraction. My responsibility includes driving the Group’s overall C&B strategy and governance — covering job architecture, grading principles, salary structures, variable pay frameworks and executive compensation. The aim is to identify and implement effective and efficient pay practices at Freudenberg and to globally align our compensation approaches in the best interest of the business. I also lead Freudenberg’s HR Analytics discipline to provide clear, data‑driven insights for senior management and experts. In addition, I act as strategic partner for Global Mobility, ESG Social topics, HR Risk Management and occupational pensions, ensuring thoughtful, high‑quality decisions on matters with Group‑wide relevance.
At Freudenberg Group, I am in charge of building the Group wide Compensation & Benefits function, leading global Compensation & Benefits activities for and across our various Business Groups and contributing to a performance and recognition culture at Freudenberg to attract, retain, develop and engage the employees we need to be successful in the long-run.
At Towers Watson, I was Project Director Rewards and responsible for acquiring and managing large and medium-sized, international and regional total rewards projects in the Talent & Rewards segment. With 15+ years of experience as a consultant and expert in HR consulting and industry, I was based in Dubai and covered the Middle East with a main focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The projects typically comprised the development and implementation of HR and C&B philosophies, strategies, policies and programs, e.g. job evaluation and architecture, benchmarking, salary structures, short- and long-.term incentive plans, performance management, competency and career frameworks, top executive compensation etc.
