Provides administrative support to Executive Director in the areas of finance, organization and filing, registration and enrollment, maintenance and repair, family engagement and participation, and curriculum and pedagogy. Creates and implements interest-based planning, exploring ideas related to land-based practice, truth and reconciliation, common worlds pedagogy, and risky play.
Created and implemented Reggio-inspired programming using a long-term, project-based approach; used pedagogical documentation to chronicle children's learning and celebrate their interests, skills, and ideas. Offered tours of facility to prospective families and assisted supervisor and director in guiding families through the enrollment and registration process. Wrote blog posts for company exploring our philosophy of learning and contemporary ideas in early childhood.
