Over the past years in my career, I have built a strong experience in business development and key account projects, mainly within, but not limited to, the sealing industry. I am a result-driven motivator and pushing always on knowledge and people development. Specialties: general management and strategy, sales and product development. As General Manager for the M.C.M. entity in Belgium, together with my team we market and distribute the High Performance Sealing solutions produced in our production facility in Italy. Our specific focus is the BENELUX, France and UK market. The M.C.M. Sealing Group has a global reach via our additional Italian an U.S. offices. M.C.M. Sealing specializes in highly performant materials such as FKM, HNBR and our very own branded FFKM: evolast®, offering the highest chemical resistance and widest temperature range (from -46°c to +340°c). We are producing mainly o-rings and technical gaskets for demanding applications in sectors like Oil&Gas, Processing and General Industry and Automotive and we are entering the Semicon-industry market introducing our new evolast® PS compounds for plasma, thermal and wet chemical processes.
