Responsible for all warehouses of the Base Logistics Group, including the warehouses of Base Logistics and HealthLink and all partner warehouses. Responsible for Engineering for the Entire Base Logistics Group, including Base Logistics, HealthLink and SLS. Responsible for customer care department of Base Logistics. Responsible for a wide range of VAS activities performed globally in our own warehouses and partner warheouses, including refurbishment, mechanical upgrades, battery checks, server wiping and IT provisioning. We have about 250 ~ 300 customers trusting them with their goods in our warehouses for which we deliver outstanding performance each and every day.
Responsible for all projects of new logistics implementation in Europe for Samsung Electronics. In this role I am responsible for project management, warehouse solutions and transport solutions: scope, quality, budgets and timelines.
As Head of Business Implementation I am responsible for all new business implementations in Europe and the CIS region. I manage a team of project managers/business implementation managers working and living throughout Europe. The main focus of my team is opening new warehouses, implementing transport solutions and implementing new customers. Next to new business implementation my team also focuses on business improvements.
Head of the distribution center including inbound and outbound transport, from factories until delivery to the customers. Also including return flows from all over Europe to Slowakia, Netherlands and Korea. Responsible for a workforce of over 300 FTE.

I headed project teams that delivered tangible results for these companies in helping them in renewing ways of working and becoming ready for the future.
In this position I have combined the part catalog team with another department and thereby created the department Supply Chain Documentation. This department is responsible a.o. for: -Part catalog database that is used throughout the company, both for new built as well as for services and e-store -Standard article drawings and standard instruction drawings -Making norms available within Damen -Updating and maintenance of the Damen handbooks containing the standardization knowledge -Green passport and non-asbestos declarations -Writing of vessel operating manuals -The delivery of all technical documentation to a customer at the delivery of his vessel -Repro There work around 35 FTE at Supply Chain Documentation. The department is positioned within the Supply Chain department as there are many interfaces with the suppliers of Damen.
It was my task to combine three teams coming from different departments to one team to update the database of all the parts that are used at Damen. For a specific period I have enlarged the team with twelve persons. After finishing that phase I have reduced the resources to a smaller core team that handles more than before while offering more service to the internal customers.
Design of a logistical performance measurement system to manage the logistical processes for building new ships from material identification till delivery at shipyards overseas with a strong focus on the organizational structure of the company.
