I build and scale enterprise sales in complex, emerging markets. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve operated at the intersection of insurance, fintech, and AI, helping carriers and financial institutions adopt new technologies that actually change how decisions get made. Most recently, I was brought in to build North America from zero for an AI-assisted vehicle intelligence platform focused on claims and FNOL. That meant defining the market, refining the positioning, and engaging senior claims and underwriting leaders on problems they already know they have: – Increasing claim volume – Rising total loss rates – Longer cycle times – Growing fraud exposure My focus has always been the same: Take complex technology and translate it into something executives can act on quickly. Prior to that, I led enterprise sales at Munich Re Automation Solutions, consistently exceeding quota while driving multi-million-dollar SaaS deals across underwriting and claims. At MeasureOne, I helped generate the company’s first $5M in ARR by opening a new market in financial data access and embedded finance. What I was brought in to do: Build the U.S. commercial motion from zero and define how the platform is positioned across carriers, fleets, and mobility platforms. What I actually did: – Defined ICP, segmentation, and enterprise sales motion across P&C carriers, MSOs, TPAs, and fleets – Reframed positioning from “estimating tool” to FNOL data and decisioning layer – Built outbound strategy targeting top 50 carriers and ecosystem players – Led full-cycle enterprise sales including discovery, pilot structuring, and deal design – Acted as voice of the customer to shape product direction and delivery Impact: – Established foundational pipeline in a cold-start U.S. market – Secured multiple POC discussions with top-tier carriers – Improved executive engagement through sharper positioning and messaging
