CTO at Mainstream Renewable Power SA. Ten years prior, leading technical strategy across utility-scale wind, solar and BESS portfolios. My foundation is energy analysis — yield assessment and asset performance, the work that drives project and investment decisions. The shift into CTO is about taking that rigour to a larger canvas: building the systems, teams and infrastructure that make technical decision-making faster and more defensible across a vast portfolio. I've built and led teams across APAC, Africa, and Europe. That experience shapes how I think about organisational design as much as project execution. What I'm focused on now: tightening commercial-technical integration, scaling analytical capability, and building teams that operate with both speed and precision.
