As a project manager in R&D, I ensure the continuity of the market for drugs and medical devices subject to changes (induced by updates to regulatory directives, supply chain constraints, or due to adaptations to the challenges of new markets, particularly in the context of geographical expansion). I therefore leverage my skills to work in a team and collaborate with international stakeholders. It is important that healthcare professionals around the world can rely on the reliability and quality of the products offered. This trust-based relationship is at the core of all my activities. As a pharmacist integrated into the R&D center, it is our responsibility to ensure through these projects that the safety and well-being of the patient are always the primary objective.

Designing some plan assays for cytotoxicity and absorption analysis was a great part of this work.
