Throughout my career as IT professional within P&G, I developed a solid track record in Business Transformation, Project Management, Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing / Vendor management. My current role as Global Payroll Services Delivery Manager allows me to combine my interest in HR with strong analytical and problem solving skills. I developed a deep expertise in end to end payroll processes (across multiple countries), and the set up and negotiation of operational contracts with global suppliers. My colleagues describe me as a very strong analyst and teacher, with eye for detail and passionate ownership. My friends say I'm a good listener with a strong sense of humor, but encourage me to be less hard on myself.
Leading Process Transformation Projects to streamline, automate and right source Procter & Gamble's Global Payroll Operations. I have managed Payroll Transitions end to end, both to a new global supplier as well as back into P&G. This includes both the technical transformation of the (SAP HR) solution as well as the set up of the Contract and Service Level Agreements between P&G and the new Payroll Provider. A second focus area is the optimization of the in sourced payrolls, through introduction of new technologies (e.g. robotics process automation, payroll control center).
Bringing global IT solutions to internal clients. This includes requirements analysis and business transformation, managing the development of the solution (on shore and off shore model), testing and implementation. IT solution examples are document management systems for Corporate R&D, virtual stores for Consumer Research and planning systems for P&G's European Distribution Center
Recruitment of 200+ high potentials for R&D, IT and Engineering departments, through campus recruitment, internship programs and international recruiting events. This opportunity allowed me to combine my technical analytical background with my interest in HR.
Researcher with an IWT scholarship in the domain of Laser Optics Applications, as a continuation of my final year thesis. Decided to stop after 2 years because of low intrinsic motivation, and a desire to interact more with people and teams
