I am a Technical Services Engineer at MongoDB, based in Melbourne, where I spend my days helping MongoDB customers around the world build and scale reliable data platforms. My focus is on the Cloud team, ensuring that mission-critical workloads on Atlas are performant, secure, and resilient. My technical journey now spans over 10 years, beginning with a solid 7-year foundation at Infosys. Transitioning from a Technology Analyst to my current role at MongoDB has given me a "full-stack" perspective on how distributed systems actually behave in the real world. Being AWS Certified and having worked extensively with the Oracle ecosystem (APEX, ODI, Database), I still truly enjoy the challenge of digging into a "root cause" and translating complex technical hurdles into simple, actionable solutions for my team and our customers.
