Hello! I’m Christal, working in the Specialist Data & AI team at AWS across ASEAN. I spend my days partnering with customers to help them understand what’s possible with new technologies. Sometimes that means running workshops, building demos, or advising on technical architecture. Other times, it means spotting patterns across customer conversations, turning those insights into GTM initiatives, and helping teams figure out how products can better reach and serve their users. The best part of my job is still that moment when someone goes from skeptical to excited about what's possible. Whether it's a customer discovering a new way to solve a problem or an internal team finding a better path forward, I love helping turn ideas into momentum. I'm drawn to roles where I can connect customers, products, and strategy. This includes translating technical capabilities into real outcomes, shaping GTM programs, and helping people adopt tools that genuinely make their work better.
