  • Printing Assistant/Trainer at Bemis Company, Inc.
    Jun 1998 - Feb 2005 · 6 yrs 9 mos

Throughout my years working at Banner Packaging, a division of Bemis Company, I had the opportunity to work in each of the major departments in the company. I also got the opportunity to grow as a teacher as I would train all new hires in the printing department. I grew a great respect for the manufacturing industry and its workers. This respect is what drove me to pursue Human Resources and Safety. I knew it was my passion to do all I could do to help the manufacturing workers I grew to care for.
