As Co-owner and Director Business Development, I help lead our growth across the Benelux by connecting iconic beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands with the right talent — from make-up artists to sales advisors and event staff. We specialize in flexible staffing and managed services for high-traffic locations, including luxury department stores, specialty retail chains, and airports. Our services cover the full spectrum: recruitment, training, planning, payroll, and performance coaching. We operate 365 days a year, with a 24/7 planning infrastructure and a proprietary app that supports clients, crew, and location managers alike. With offices in Alkmaar (HQ), Eindhoven and Brussels, we combine local presence with international ambition. Our crews are selected and trained in-house, enabling fast, high-quality deployment — whether for temporary promotions, pop-up stores, or long-term brand representation. I was asked to design and build the Global CRM function for couriers within JET, amidst the hyper-growth phase that was caused by covid. Within this very challenging role of centralizing ongoing early lifecycle CRM from individual markets while selecting and implementing a future-proof CRM system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), I scaled and operationalized the global team and function.
After restructuring and change of management, I was asked to design and build a new Digital Marketing Department within Manpowergroup Netherlands This resulted in a diverse team of highly skilled specialists/domain experts (also called; my heroes), working in a matrix structure serving several brands and business lines. We closed several strategic partnerships (e.g. Swapfiets), optimized and innovated our channels, implemented a B2B and B2C CRM capability, structured processes, and developed standard KPIs/dashboards.
Managing all (performance) campaigns within the ManpowerGroup and its brands Experis and Manpower. Translating business needs into an overall campaign / channel and marketing strategy, defining our KPI's, goals and managing (C-level) stakeholders in a matrix structure. Responsible for delivering on time results, within budget for multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously. Preparing the functional and technical design (user stories) of a new user portal to replace several legacy systems. Withing this larger transformation program, my personal focus project was to launch and implement a new customer service channel (chat) on our website.
Responsible for the (conceptual) development of a community platform to keep talent pools & seconded staff more engaged and connected to Experis as a brand. Pre-sorting for this platform, I developed and implemented a content strategy to drive website traffic and get the first (online) communities going.
