Responsibilities: - Managing a team of telesales executives becoming directly responsible for their performance - Accurately performing weekly pipeline forecasts - Conducting weekly sales training sessions for each member of my team ensuring their sales skills progress - Ensuring team and project KPIโs are realised and achieved on a daily basis - Hiring new sales executives, accurately sourcing CVโs, phone screening applicants and conducting interviews. - Training and developing new employees in all aspects of the sales process as well as accurately briefing them on our business sectors.
