A seasoned hospitality professional with experience in a wide variety of operations and roles, including bar and restaurant venue management and HR operations. With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry I have mastered the art of creating memorable guest experiences. My journey began in multi operation venues, comprising of restaurants, bars and night clubs under one roof. I progressed through the ranks and have now spent many years in a managerial position. During this time, I have also taken a role within a company HR dept, managing the recruitment process for 14 individual venues. Expanding my horizons, I took a role working within international recruitment in the APAC region, based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After my return to London, I have immersed myself back in FOH operations, working as the Restaurant Manager at The Jugged Hare, located in The City
