Responsible for the integral supply chain of the Sanofi factory - formerly known as Genzyme - in Geel, Belgium.
Responsable for the set up of the internal and external supply chain for a new factory in Macedonia. The project was succesfully delivered in 13 months fully according to plan. Responsable on corporate level for supply chain management of the 3 Van Hool factories.
Responsible for implementation of new supply chain concepts, introduction of lean techniques, integral stock management and supply chain competences on corporate level.
Responsible within the business group Chemicals for the supply chain network, business process management, data management and complaint handling on the aspects: design, controll and improvement.
Overall supply chain responsibility for 4 lighting factories in Roosendaal (NL), Terneuzen (NL), Chalon (F), Pila (Pl) with focus on: customer service, stock management, data management, logistic processes.
