I've recently left ASM and am looking forward to what comes next. I have a history of successful Sales, R&D, and manufacturing roles in the Semiconductor industry. Strategic, innovative, and transformative, I've shepherded ideas from twinkle-in-the-eye, through R&D, to production, and have built high-performing teams to out-execute and out-innovate the competition. I've led teams as big as 500 but have also enjoyed being on more focused teams driving important work. I worked 12 years at AMD/Spansion (technical roles, first logic, then memory), 12 years at Novellus/Lam (2 Field Technology stints and a Product Group role), and 3 years at ASM (Sales and Marketing). At ASM, I led the Intel/Micron world-wide account organization for over 2 years and then had a Technical Marketing role in the OCTO organization until my role was eliminated in a reorg. My most recent marketing work included deep diving into industry technology inflections, improving Sales Strategies company-wide, helping Field and Product teams work together more seamlessly, and piloting projects to use AI to differentiate. I serve on boards for Cerium Labs (Austin) and Sigenic (Singapore), who are both preparing for major new corporate inflections.
Advising Cerium Labs (Austin) and Sigenic (Singapore) on strategic issues. Also several consulting or deal advisor engagements a week for anonymous clients--contact me via Services page or InMail if interested.
Help align tool roadmaps and sales strategies for upcoming technology inflections. Use customer opportunity sizing to model future ASM business and distribute resources. Transform competitive intelligence into actions. Push and pull information across Executive Staff, Business Unit, and Field silos including deep dives on AI, Chinese equipment makers, and the gate-all-around and 3D-DRAM inflections.

At Spansion's Fab25 (formerly AMD), experience in Photo, Etch, CMP, and Integration modules. Most recently process owner for all metrology, LPCVD furnaces, and Centura processes in the Diffusion module. Extensive process control development and a 6-sigma black belt.
