I have been a team leader to public safety professionals in the field, the emergency communication center, and the emergency operations center, always with a strong focus on customer service, successfully solving problems every step of the way.
Serving my community of 10,000+ residents, covering 25 square miles, and a call volume of ~650 calls annually.
