Responsible for the strategic growth of the Phaidon International business in onshore China through the deployment of our six award-winning micro specialist recruitment brands: Selby Jennings, DSJ Global, EPM Scientific, Glocomms, LVI Associates and Larson Maddox.
Having joined Selby Jennings as an associate in 2014, I was one of the initial members of the Hong Kong office, supporting the growth and expansion of the firm’s presence in Asia. I’m a member of Selby Jennings’ APAC management team and am currently responsible for leading our onshore China practice; with the main objective of assisting our key clients with their expansions plans in the region. I have experience in both managing sales teams and recruiting across front-to-back functions in financial services. This includes investment banking, corporate banking, hedge funds, private equity, legal, risk and compliance. Prior to joining Selby Jennings, I have gained extensive recruitment experience in financial services from my time working in a HR function in Canada. Graduating from the University of British Columbia , I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology and Political Science.
