At 15, I found myself navigating two very different worlds: one day installing an IBM mainframe at a highly secure financial institution alongside my father, a fireman, and the next working behind a fish counter. The early contrast taught me that career paths are rarely straightforward - success comes from commitment, continuous learning and seizing opportunities. Through self‑study, professional certifications, travel, and the guidance of invaluable mentors, I developed the ability to connect with people, solve complex problems, and lead with clarity. I learned that growth is not defined solely by technical expertise, but by the relationships you build, the positivity you bring, and how you navigate both setbacks and successes. Over the past 30+ years, this mindset has shaped my journey in IT — from hands‑on technical roles to strategic leadership. My most impactful achievements have come through driving international go‑to‑market strategies, coaching & mentoring teams, speaking at industry events, and cultivating partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes. Today, I focus on enhancing Barracuda’s global GTM strategies, expanding reach across international regions, and building collaborative ecosystems that strengthen cybersecurity and accelerate growth.
