Lead a ten-person recruiting team responsible for US and Canadian hiring initiatives. Manage team performance against core Amazon metrics. Partner with Senior Business Leaders to develop and implement programs that streamline the recruiting process Manage and execute strategic projects and business relationships for Talent Acquisition including •Global Marketing & Distribution across NAMER (US & Canada), LATAM (Mexico & Brazil), APAC (India, Singapore), and UK & EU regions •Build out of Amazon AI Studios (GEN AI Animation and Live Action studio) Amazon MGM Studios Internship Program and HBCU partnership with Howard University Created an "AI Resume Optimizer Assistant" which allows candidates to upload a resume and job description to determine areas of weakness while applying a grade for the candidates relevance to the job. Includes area to add additional details and create a new resume more tailored to the job description. Also includes Chatbot to ask questions. AI assistant utilizes Amazon PartyRock AI Sandbox, leveraging Anthropics Claude LLM.
Pioneered Amazon's first "Creative Question Bank," transforming the standard Amazon question bank to better engage and assess creative talent. Collaborated with Studio COO, Global Head of Production, and UK Head of Marketing on this initiative. Selected as Amazon Studios Talent Acquisition representative for MGM integration meetings. Instrumental in scaling studio growth from 175 to 1,400 employees. Personally hired over 400 internal employees.
