About

Fintech and payments platforms scale when product strategy and operational execution move as one. That alignment is where I've spent 25+ years. At PayPal, I led the debit card business through 136% portfolio growth and $500M+ in annual revenue impact. Before that, nearly a decade at Fiserv managing card services and lending solutions across 100+ financial institutions. Today as COO/CPO of Kasheesh, I run a cross-functional org across product, engineering, compliance, and operations with full P&L accountability. My focus is the full stack of payments leadership: roadmap, monetization, bank sponsor relationships, and the operational model underneath it all. My expertise spans digital payments, debit and credit card products, Mastercard issuing, subscription monetization, fraud infrastructure, and regulatory execution. Increasingly, I'm focused on how AI and machine learning are reshaping both customer-facing product innovation and operational efficiency across the payments stack. I build the platforms and teams that scale with confidence.

Own end-to-end product and operational strategy, aligning product, engineering, compliance, and GTM under a unified execution model with committed delivery milestones. Defined and drove monetization strategy grounded in unit economics and user behavior, launching a subscription model that increases spend limits, reduces fees, and unlocks premium features. Architected a four-phase 2026 product roadmap spanning native app parity, credit building tools, post-transaction flexibility, and expanded financial services. Directed risk and fraud infrastructure buildout in partnership with Sardine, Plaid, and Stripe, implementing transaction monitoring and onboarding controls aligned to bank partner expectations. Built the operational foundation across requirements standardization, design-to-engineering handoffs, UAT coordination, and performance tracking to enable higher-velocity delivery. Led bank sponsor strategy as executive point of contact, navigating regulatory approval workflows and establishing a compliance operating model aligned to Reg E, AML, and CMS requirements.
