Currently working as a Project Manager at Apple Europe, working on the deployment of branded programs across the EMEIA Carrier and Retail channel partners. Key areas of focus currently include: on boarding of new vendors, end to end deployment of programs across channel partners, cross functional work across all aspect of the program from location identification through to installation and life cycle and working on roll outs of new programs across the channel sector. Previously held roles in the Facilities Management sector working for global leaders in their own sectors - BUPA, CBRE and Universal Music Group and now with global tech leader Apple. Extensive contractor / vendor management experience working to KPIs and the onboarding of new vendors to help better support and scale the business and deployment bandwidth across EMEIA. Have worked mainly across EMEIA with understanding of customs importation challenges across NON-EU countries. Have deployed programs in key strategic partners across Western Europe including, but not limited to, Media Markt, Telia, Telenor, Deutsch Telekom, Hutch (3), O2, Elkjøp, Power, FNAC, KPN, C&C, iQ, mStore, Harrods, Mobilezone, Salt and Sunrise working with vendors and logistic partners such as Dula, Schweitzer, DB Schenker, DHL, Dynamic and Kuehne+Nagel. In the past 6 months I have been instrumental in the delivery of expanding our branded carrier program across Western Europe, launching with 7 new carriers in 5 countries.
Deployment project manager focusing on introduction of Apple channel programs within one of our largest partners in EMEIA. Working centrally across HQ’s to drive consistency of our channel program design, location. marketing and sales strategies across the partners many markets. After 2 years of working closely with this partner centrally as they looked and continue to look to update, refresh and resize more than 900 of their POS across 8 markets, I will now solely focus on this along with deepening our central collaboration as we expand and grow this unique and special partnership.
Channel branded program deployment executive covering all countries across EMEIA, working XF with a variety of stakeholders be that Customs, VADs, Marcom, WW operations, freight vendors, install and build vendors and internal stakeholders such as finance, procurement, technology and sales. I oversaw the successful roll out and expansion of carrier programs mostly throughout Northern Europe and France I was instrumental in the introduction and expansion of our next generation retail channel programs across the whole of EMEIA and in 2023 I started work on a centrally managed partnership with one of the leading retailers across Europe on a full estate resize and refresh project - this type of operational management and central strategic approach was and is the first time this has been done in our history.
• Operations Manager for all hard and soft services across all ten of the Bupa Corporate sites across the UK • Built fantastic relationships with PMs and Suppliers, worked closely with onsite and mobile engineers and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction across a very demanding contract • Responsible for performance managing all in house engineers, monitoring and reporting on progress through weekly league table and training matrix • Responsible for weekly supplier meetings monitoring progress across each soft service through dedicated KPIs and when needed performance managed suppliers. Integrally involved in output and service turnaround for mail room supplier – including the interviewing and hiring of a new CSM • Built great relationships with subcontractors, reporting back on issues and concerns over performance via weekly management and contract calls • Responsible for monitoring all compliance and PPM planning, working alongside the compliance support to clear all actions and schedule contractors, liaising directly with site PMs on dates – normally via weekly property meetings • Responsible for reporting and monitoring on all WIP and Debt across the contract. Presenting findings and negotiating challenges with PMs. Responsible for monitoring and updating status' of jobs on the system • Responsible for carrying out exit interviews, RTWs and PIPs with engineers, fed back on progress in weekly and monthly contract management meetings • Worked closely with suppliers and contractors getting quotes for work to be carried out, advising PMs on issues and priorities of the work needed. Responsible for checking and sending quotes uploaded by the helpdesk • Responsible for signing off all engineer timesheets and OT, providing OT codes and clearance for any OOH work • Escalation point for PMs and suppliers, working closely with contract management and senior contract support to compile all necessary information and evidence in the event of challenges or issues
• Introduced and responsible for weekly collaboration meetings with suppliers and onsite engineers to help improve job completion and customers satisfaction, monitoring data and progress through dedicated KPIs • Was instrumental in mobilising office relocation to Angel Court, including consulting on fire safety, compliance and operational issues, liaising with Condeco and FM team on desk and meeting room mapping, working with CBRE engineers and worked alongside the in house and external brand teams on design and layout • Responsible for the decommissioning of Bupa House including the asset listing of all brand items. • Responsible for weekly audits of all soft service suppliers inputting data into KPI database and then reporting this back to management via Quarterly achievement calls and monthly senior management calls. • Responsible for producing monthly property newsletter that was distributed to key stakeholders and clients reporting on all planned maintenance including submitting change requests when necessary • Introduced and held successful weekly and monthly property catch-ups and forums • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on service requests including reporting data to senior management • Introduced supplier checks for a variety of items including meeting room checks to increase and maintain standards across the sites.
• Supervision – led a team of 12 which included cleaners, room stewards and twice weekly duty management of all front of house (FoH) departments during evening shifts; • Point of contact / costumer liaison for high-end clients – led meetings with FoH and event departments, weekly operations meetings, staff training and was the lead liaison between conference & AV department and the events department working closely with the event manager; • Asset management – worked alongside the facilities and properties manager on the introduction of a new asset management system (CAFM), this involved attending training, putting together asset reports, negotiating and adjusting service level agreements; • Communication - worked within a team (which included heads of departments) to coordinate renovations carried out at the venue, my role was to advise on room layouts, tech and AV requirements, drawing up detailed proposals and dealing with issues raised during the building process; • Induction and training – performed inductions and training for all new staff within my department and reported on their progress through joint annual reviews and 1-2-1’s.
