With over 25 years of technical engineering and management experience, I am a seasoned leader in the field of infrastructure and operations. I have a broad technology background that enables me to partner with various teams across the enterprise and deliver complex business solutions. As the Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at Starbucks, I am responsible for the core infrastructure across offices, manufacturing, distribution, data centers, and cloud. I oversee the network, compute, storage, backup, recovery, DDI, remote access, and ITSM services for Starbucks. I also manage vendor relationships, team development, operational excellence, service resiliency, and strategic planning, all while building trusted relationships and aligning with the company's values and goals. I recently transitioned to Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering & Operations leading all Core Infrastructure Engineering, North America Service Desk, Major Incident Response, ITSM (change, incident, problem, knowledge), Asset Management, Service Resiliency, End User Compute, and A/V solutions.
