Accountable for large Capital projects ( > $EUR 5m) for Bayer Pharmaceuticals in the US are developed and executed successfully, on time, and on budget.
Currently managing 40 production employees and the maintenance department for the production of sterile disposables medical devices. I am also responsible for production planning of the manufacturing schedule as well as engineering support for the production floor including machine troubleshooting, machine maintenance, upgrades, improvements, and validations.
Support of Huggies Diapers lines at multiple facilities in CT and SC. Design, install, upgrade, and maintain production lines including relocation of 2 machines as well as redesign of several full lines to new products.
