My journey into the realm of recruitment began with an internship at a recruitment agency specializing in HR hiring. Engaging with HR candidates sparked my interest in the field, which led me to transition into an in-house HR role while pursuing my Master's in Human Resources to further develop my career. Dynamic talent acquisition professional with over 5 years of experience in operations and campus recruitment across various sectors, particularly in insurance and healthcare. My expertise includes employer branding, innovative sourcing strategies and negotiation skills that enhance organizational effectiveness and support business objectives. As a strong communicator and creative thinker, I excel in leading internship programs and enhancing the onboarding journey to cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.
