As Director and Accelerated Lethality Portfolio Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, I bring over three decades of experience in system engineering design, technical program management, and military aviation. My work focuses on driving technical development and delivery across diverse contracts, enhancing ISO-9001 processes, and advancing hypersonic test and evaluation infrastructure for military coalition training. My expertise in contract management, negotiation, and team leadership has enabled me to contribute to complex projects, including unmanned systems capabilities, live/virtual/constructive systems, and range management. I am motivated by delivering innovative solutions to support technical advancements and mission-critical objectives in aerospace and defense. Have worked within the system engineering design, business management, acquisition, and/or flight test fields in the Panama City, Fort Walton Beach, or Pensacola areas. Extensive experience as a leader and commander; managed personnel, small and large budgets, and the inevitable crises involved in the flight test and fielding of complex avionics, platform, and weapon systems. Built (captured, won, managed) over $150M in annual technical delivery contracts in hypersonic test and evaluation (T&E) infrastructure builds, unmanned systems, test and training modernization, live/virtual/constructive (LVC) training system development and delivery, aircraft modification, and T&E execution. Leader, Commander and Manager: Varieties of military, civil service, and contractor groups up to 1000 personnel. Flew and evaluated cutting edge systems (F/A-22 Raptor) and fielded multiple complex avionics, electronics, and weapons systems on the F-15 Eagle and F-15E Strike Eagle. Budgets from $16M to $100M annually. Diverse Expertise: Large engineering teams leader, Chief engineer, Project management, MBSE design, systems engineering. Directed combined developmental and operational test of software and hardware improvements to front line weapon systems (F-15 and F-15E). Trained first cadre of operational F/A-22 pilots. Skills: People skills, extensive written and verbal communication abilities. Able to work with managers at all levels and varying leadership styles. Problem solving and implementing solutions under tight deadlines. Hands-on leader, but ready willing and able to delegate. Severe dislike for micromanagement.
