• Oversee the Hong Kong and China offices whole operations and responsible for business development, opportunities and challenges. • Identify new business opportunities, formulate different business strategies for different sales channels to achieve business targets. • Build up and take leadership of a sales team and marketing teams, as well as involve in new product development • Analyze sales forecast and relevant analytical reports to monitor sales performance • Lead the team to handle the Whole Great China market including Hong Kong and Macau clients • Work together with the various departments in Europe and China factories regarding the development and manufacture of different kinds of solutions. • To analyze market trend, competitive environment and market insights of the connector market in different applications such LED, professional audio, medical, security etc • Overview all the project plans to ensure task execution and dependency coordination, and to anticipate and proactively address potential schedule and resource risks
