    As Customer Success Manager, I serve as a strategic partner and customer advocate to support schools’ uniform programs. I am creative, energetic and self-driven. I understand our schools’ and parents’ unique uniform needs together with the importance of being a reliable and trustworthy partner. I manage the school partner relationship for the DENNIS Lombard and Highland locations. I work directly with the local school administrators as their trusted school uniform advisor and advocate. I listen and engage with DENNIS’ partner schools to identify innovative ways in which DENNIS can serve with the purpose of surpassing expectations and establishing long-term relationships. Handling day-to-day management of partner schools’ families needs, I work closely with parents and students to make certain they are satisfied with DENNIS’ service and products. As primary and local customer point of contact for DENNIS, I am committed to delivering amazing service and uniform expertise! I pursue new business opportunities by contacting school administrators and developing relationships with potential clients as well as successfully developing leads from marketing campaigns.
