Analyse and Facilitate the Change Control Process for Partners and External Suppliers (PES) for SM Excipients
• Managing global Logistics Contract Service Providers: 3PLs warehousing & transport companies (road, ocean, air, courier). • Quality lead for transferring 3PLs and transportation lanes & companies (NPI). • Performing Quality audits on transport lanes / partners & 3PLs, including issue & vendor management, risk analysis & logistics changes.
• Lead of the logistics implementation & management of the 3PL • Key stakeholder for the transition of the Supply Chain Management & large scale of projects in the SC network • Responsible for logistics budget for global customer services & distribution organization
• Coordinate & align global transportation, distribution & warehousing operational activities for J&J, including operational Supply Chain processes, with the focus on finding synergies for all the J&J Medical Device organisations and other cross-sector affiliates. • Provide project management leadership for a variety of Supply Chain projects related to quality, performance & cost improvements, new lane & product implementations. • Responsible for logistics budget for transportation & distribution activities. • Be accountable for the operational follow up of the 3- or 4PL’s used in the sector, its relationship with the DC’s, hubs and the sector supply chain organization. • Negotiate & develop SOP’s, WI’s, SLA’s in line with J&J standards & GDP/GMP regulations. • Expertise on Cold Chain.
