The Unipart Leadership programme is a highly selective graduate programme, only taking circa 10 graduates each year, into an organisation of 5,000+. Graduates are selected not only for their strong academic abilities but also for their exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. As a graduate on the Unipart Leadership programme you are exposed to a vast range of business operations, both internally within the logistics and technology businesses as well as externally through the Unipart Expert Practices consultancy. Over the course of two years you have the opportunity to study Lean methodologies from industry leaders and to deploy this learning into live environments delivering step change performance to Unipart clients.
Provision of coaching services for guests in respect of a number of water based activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Coaching • Providing dingy sailing coaching to RYA Levels 1&2 • Providing one on one training sessions • Advanced training e.g. introduction to spinnaker’s Boat Maintenance/Repair • Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards • Completing glass fibre/gel coat repairs • Replacing rigging, sails etc. Safety/First Aid • Providing safety cover from both ashore and afloat • Providing first aid and acting as an emergency responder
