In M&A, I have worked with companies including in manufacturing, high tech product development, SaaS, distribution, and services. I have also raised capital for entrepreneurs. I recently merged my M&A business into Calder Associates located on the East Coast, with 6 partners, a national reach and securities license to assist in raising capital and assisting in our M&A work.

Assisting Daz Connell, the owner, in raising capital and developing the business strategy for the company. I helped Daz acquire the brand, Medical Crossfire three years ago.
Developed and managed a program to replace our old steeple with funds from the four major US wireless telecom carriers who now rent out the space in the steeple for their cell sites providing significant added income for the church; completed 2009. With the Ass't Treasurer, led a project to install a 30KW solar system on our CE Bldg to replace 30% of our electric usage, completed 2011. As Treasurer, updated the accounting system and reports, completed 2010.
