Execute campaigns and generate leads for B2B & B2C marketing activities. Manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns - including deployment of test and learn strategies to improve audience reach and campaign connectivity. Enhance email marketing capability to include more automations and customer initiated journeys. Lead development of Cross-Sell campaigns to Existing Customers, ensuring sales volumes were delivered across channels. Refined marketing strategies in consultation with internal product owners, the corporate partnerships team and external clients to increase reader appeal. Researched and reported on consumer insights and contributed to modernising the product development pipeline that led to a redesigned and seamless customer sales experience. Management of the Marketing, Media and Communications function for TAFE Queensland SkillsTech, the Trade and Technical training provider within TAFE Queensland. Launched the first strategic marketing plan for SkillsTech. Engaged extensively with internal stakeholders and business unit managers across the teaching, sales, business development and customer service divisions. In conjunction with other TAFE Queensland regions, actively involved with communications, website improvements and internal marketing. Advised the corporate marketing team when developing overarching brands.
