I'm a Partner at PwC UK focused on performance improvement, restructuring and cost & productivity programmes - specifically for professional and legal services firms navigating margin pressure, growth constraints, integration or operating model change. I work with executive teams to diagnose the true drivers of performance, design practical interventions, and deliver measurable outcomes - quality and service improvement, cost reduction and capacity release. My work typically spans strategy, end-to-end operating model, process redesign, workforce and location strategy, and implementation with strong change management. Alongside client work, I serve as Practice Group COO for Business and Supply Chain Operations - establishing and scaling a newly formed business unit of ~800 FTE, improving financial and operational performance, and strengthening how we deliver for our clients (capability, quality, and commercial discipline).
