Began employment with new company at its inception. Promoted to Work Leader and Project Foreman shortly thereafter. Advanced to Project Manager in 2005, Senior Project Manager in 2007, and Vice President in 2011. Vice President / Senior Electrical Project Manager. Responsible for management of day to day operations within office and staff. Responsible for management, supervision, and direction of numerous projects on U.S. Government / Military Installations in multiple states including Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Wyoming and Colorado. Electrical Estimator. Estimate projects up to $5 million using RS Means System. Compose detailed proposals.
Received training and experience in AC/DC electrical theory and in reading electrical drawings and specifications. Responsible for installation of raceway systems, wiring, and electrical equipment. Accepted responsibility for field management of numerous projects and the supervision and direction of personnel on those projects. Have worked extensively on U.S. Government / Military installations in Colorado and Virginia.
Trained as welder and foreman for structural steel and pipe-fitting. Worked across the country for Williams and Amoco pipeline performing petroleum tank repair and code upgrades. Also worked extensively in structural additions to schools and hospitals. Gained valuable experience in reading blue prints.
