Locating underground utilities.
• Installation/removal and maintenance of gas fired appliances (furnaces, water heaters, boilers, unit heaters, tube heaters, air conditioners, in floor heating) • Educate customers on the maintenance and safe operation of equipment installed • Ensure all installs and total home heating systems are up to code meeting TSSA regulations • Work an afterhours emergency service on call shift during peak heating season • Prioritize large volumes of work orders for residential properties • Responsible for up to date work order documentation • Proficient in handling financial transactions through manual processes or computer assisted devices
• Proactively planning, directing and dispatching the daily work schedules of service technicians to effectively and efficiently meet customers needs • Primary point of contact for service technicians • Troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered by service technicians in the field • Ensure customer service requests, general inquires, and customer concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner • Up-to-date knowledge on equipment maintenance and ensuring it meets TSSA standards and regulations
