Graduated high school in 2014 with the prospect of playing soccer under a sporting scholarship at Bethany College in West Virginia, USA. returned home after approximately 2 months due to that direction not really suiting me. Struggled to find work for about a year before getting a position as a lifeguard within the Shoalhaven City Council. During this time period joined my local volunteer fire brigade (St. George’s Basin NSW Rural Fire Service Brigade) in which I’ve accrued many qualifications and accreditation’s in related fields and am looking to progress into the industry as a paid firefighter. I am also a qualified swim coach. My hobbies include being active by playing soccer (have played for 20 consecutive years now, 18 at my current club) and cycling which I do 3+ days a week along with enjoying surfing, photography, working on cars and just general mechanical/handyman work at home. I am currently looking for a more secure job with more regular hours which allow me to commit to more training and educational opportunities. I'm primarily interested in the firefighting and aviation industries as they are core interests of mine (aviation since a very young age) however at the moment I'm really just interested in leaving my current work and finding something more substantial so I'm very open to most other industries.
