• Responsible for the management of the relationships between key insurer and broking partners. • Supported Global & Regional Account Managers in day to day service delivery to Aon Inpoint clients. • Managed the preparation, analysis and interpretation of client & placement data for both internal & external stakeholders. • Organized and managed local quarterly / bi-annual client business planning meetings including preparation of material (country feedback, placement data etc.) • Evaluating carrier competitiveness against market best practice and helping to improve their value proposition and risk appetite. Additional tasks included: • One of only 30 colleagues selected to participate in the Iberia Innovation program. Member and key contributor to winning team that then presented to Aon Global CEO (Greg Case) & Global Chief Human Resources Officer (Tony Goland). • One of only 18 selected to participate on the EMEA Millennials Board. Worked with Aon EMEA Executive Leadership with our team being asked to analyze Aon EMEA´s broking strategy and identify how this could be adapted for the future. • Selected to work with EMEA Aon Carrier Link ARS project team – a key strategic broking project that supports Aon´s global broking strategy. • Worked with Middle East leadership team to develop local business growth strategies, identify opportunities and match with Aon´s global capabilities. • Worked with local H&B leader to develop strategic growth plan including optimization of local markets & innovative developments in the health market. • Prepared materials and briefed internal Executive leadership team for local key insurer meetings.
• Managed the coordination & placement of D&O business (both new & renewal portfolio) with local & international markets. • Led the preparation of annual product & industry client reports (market developments, outlook and company progress). • Provided the broking and market expertise in new business presentations and meetings. • Used international and local broking experience and market knowledge to help build and manage major client relationships. • Built and implemented detailed client benchmarking analysis. • Developed relationship with key trading partners. • Managed the coordination & placement of D&O, BBB, PI, Plastic Card and Cyber (both new and renewal portfolio) with local and international markets. • Accountable for the management & placement of both new and renewal business from Caribbean & Central America, Argentina, Mexico, Bolivian, Peru including maintaining relationship with local producers & network offices. • Coordinated the meeting and hosting of international clients during London roadshow presentations (including preparation work with both clients and insurers). • Built and maintained new relationships with key local & international trading partners.
