I'm an academic and nonprofit communications professional with experience in behavioral science, clean energy, bicycling, and progressive advocacy.
I execute communications and shape strategy for Chicago Booth's Roman Family Center for Decision Research, which conducts groundbreaking behavioral science research both online and in person. I oversee event promotions, social media, email marketing, lab participant recruitment, and other outreach. Oversaw the club's multi-platform (Mailchimp and Salsa) email program delivering more than 250,000 emails monthly, including the bi-weekly e-newsletter, Braking News, sent to more than 75,000 recipients. Grew Braking News list by 25% from start to end date. Implemented structure and tracked analytics for website (using Google Analytics), social media and email, and presented findings and insights in monthly presentations. Authored and copy-edited content for blog, Cascade Courier newspaper, website and email alerts. Collaborated with in-house graphic designer to create print and digital promotional materials.
