A highly motivated Director within Gleeds’ Cost Management team and South East Region Heritage Sector Lead, specialising in the successful delivery of heritage and historic building projects. I work with clients to protect and enhance important places while making confident, practical decisions around cost, risk, procurement and delivery. My approach is rooted in understanding what matters most to each client, providing clear and robust commercial advice, and building trusted long-term relationships. I have successfully supported some of the UK’s leading heritage clients, bringing together technical cost management expertise, sector insight and a collaborative delivery mindset to help complex projects move forward with confidence. Alongside my client work, I am committed to leading and developing colleagues, helping teams strengthen their technical knowledge, commercial judgement and confidence so they can provide excellent advice and grow in their roles.
